Job summary

This full-time, direct-hire role offers a hybrid schedule with in-office work 3 days per week and a base pay of $75,000 to $85,000 annually.

Required: Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance, 4+ years corporate accounting, journal entry work, and payroll/banking support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in a corporate accounting role.
• Experience preparing, posting, and reconciling journal entries.
• Able to support banking, billing, and payroll operations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; advanced Excel skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the month end close by reconciling accounts and posting adjusting entries.
• Help ensure timely invoicing and revenue recognition processes.
• Coordinate with CPA firm for sales tax and related filings.
• Support payroll processes and post payroll entries.
• Prepare and review monthly financial reporting package.
