Qualifications

• Minimum, 2 years of progressive accounting experience.
• CPA designation is a plus.
• Experience with GAAP, financial reporting and accounts receivable.
• Experience within manufacturing, engineering or constructions industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the Accounts Receivable function.
• Prepare and issue accurate and timely customer invoices.
• Monitor outstanding receivables and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist in the preparation and analysis of Profit & Loss statements.
• Support month-end and year-end close processes.
• Maintain and organize financial documentation for audits.
• Provide management with ad hoc financial analysis.
• Partner with cross-functional teams for billing and reporting accuracy.
