Qualificações

• Associates degree or equivalent work experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, Fiserv DNA
• Two (2)+ years direct experience as an application analyst or equivalent
• Four (4)+ years of hands-on experience administering DNA core system & automation system or related job automation system
• Experience with data analytics, reporting, and BI tools
• Experience with enterprise applications in a production environment

Responsabilidades

• Administer, support, and enhance core banking applications and related systems.
• Install, test, and maintain upgrades, patches, and enhancements.
• Troubleshoot production and non-production issues across environments.
• Develop and execute testing strategies and validation procedures.
• Coordinate issue resolution across cross-functional teams.
