Job summary

Seattle Credit Union is seeking a Core Banking Systems Engineer in the Greater Seattle area. You will oversee Fiserv DNA, manage core banking applications, and collaborate with vendors to deliver upgrades and enhancements.

The role emphasizes data integrity, reporting, and automation, with a hybrid work arrangement and a focus on improving enterprise systems and business intelligence.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent work experience in Computer Science, IT, Fiserv DNA
• 4+ years in IT profession
• 4+ years of financial institution experience
• 4+ years working with Fiserv DNA and Nautilus
• 2+ years as an application analyst or equivalent
• Advanced knowledge of Fiserv products and core banking operations
• Experience with DNA core system administration and automation tools

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Fiserv DNA and core banking apps
• Install, test, and support upgrades and patches
• Troubleshoot server and data issues across environments
• Create and maintain system jobs, schedules, and automation
• Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics for BI
• Coordinate requirements with stakeholders and vendors
• Develop testing strategies for upgrades and interfaces
• Maintain technical documentation and runbooks
