Qualifications

• BS in electrical engineering or related field.
• Proven experience designing, programming and implementing control systems for industrial processes.
• Strong knowledge of PLC programming (Allen Bradley, Siemens, or similar), HMI design, and SCADA systems.
• Proficiency in ladder logic, structured text, or function block diagram.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement control systems for industrial machinery and equipment, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with project teams to define control system requirements and specifications.
• Program and configure control systems, including PLCs, HMIs, and SCADA systems.
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging of control systems to identify and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with engineering to integrate control systems with overall machine design.
• Monitor and analyze control system performance data, identify areas for improvement, and propose solutions.
• Provide technical support and guidance to maintenance and operations teams, assisting in troubleshooting.
