• High School Diploma or Equivalent with 3+ years underwriting/market facing experience, or equivalent combinations.
• Experience in Surety lines and knowledge of related laws and guidelines.

• Market internally and externally to support cross-sell efforts.
• Execute external marketing strategy and build agency/broker relationships.
