Job summary

Bombardier's KAIZEN Continuous Improvement Intern role is based at Aerospace Mexico (B.A.M). It offers hands-on exposure to Lean and Six Sigma methods and supports value-stream improvements in a dynamic aerospace setting.

You will work with cross-functional teams, gain Excel and Power BI experience, and learn under Operations Directors while participating in training on the Bombardier Opex System; this temporary, day-shift internship encourages growth and practical impact.

Qualifications

• Final semester or recent graduate within 1 year (by July 2025).
• Degree in Industrial Engineering or Business Management.
• Intermediate English proficiency and basic conversations.
• Knowledge of Excel and Power BI; macro programming desirable.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Support initiatives to improve value stream for efficiency and alignment.
• Apply Lean, Lean Six Sigma, Gemba Kaizen, and TOC methodologies.
• Support continuous improvement to reduce waste, variability and costs.
• Assist in assessing Operational Excellence System maturity with Directors.
• Strengthen 5S and workplace organization across teams.
• Support training on Bombardier's Operational Excellence System.
