Job summary

United States Cold Storage Inc. (USCS) is seeking a Continuous Improvement data analyst for the Camden, NJ facility. The paid co-op will support the Continuous Improvement Team with data collection, KPI reporting, and project analysis across 39+ facilities nationwide.

The role emphasizes using WMS, Tableau, Power BI, and SQL to identify inefficiencies, drive productivity, and justify new technologies. Hybrid work and hands-on warehouse exposure are part of the position.

Qualifications

• Experience with Tableau and Power BI for KPI analytics.
• Proficient with Microsoft Access and Informatica data tools.
• Experience with AS/400 and advanced MS Excel.
• SQL basics for data extraction and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Pull reports from the WMS for data analysis.
• Identify and improve process inefficiencies.
• Assist in daily CIT activities and audits.
• Utilize Tableau to enhance analyses.
• Perform financial analysis on new technology.
• Support automation projects and cost savings initiatives.
• Create training documentation and provide training.
