United States Cold Storage, Inc. invites university students to join our Customer Experience Co‑Op in Camden, NJ from January 2027 to June 2027.

This temporary, 40-hour week position offers hands-on analytics experience within a 3PL environment, working alongside professional analysts in a corporate office setting. You will prepare reports, analyze data from multiple systems, and help create solutions for our nationwide carrier and customer network.

Qualifications

• Must be a current university student participating in a Co-Op program.
• GPA of 3.0 or higher required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to communicate clearly, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Prepare weekly and monthly reports for customers and management using metrics such as Gross margin, On Time Performance, and Cost per Order.
• Gather and synthesize data to create customer-specific reports.
• Analyze sales reports and market feedback to identify issues, trends, and growth opportunities.
• Identify, report, and monitor relevant KPIs.
• Prepare PowerPoint and Excel presentations for customers from reports and local data sources.
