Job summary

World Relief is seeking a Content Developer for our Fort Worth, Dallas, and Austin locations. You will gather, edit, and curate compelling local stories, photos, videos, and creative assets to showcase program impact and community resilience.

You will work with program staff, volunteers, and US Advancement to identify storytelling opportunities, produce content for digital and donor channels, and manage content across social platforms with a strong emphasis on ethics and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Collect story content from World Relief Texas programs representing our work and impact.
• Conduct interviews with program participants, staff, volunteers and partners with dignity and ethical storytelling standards.
• Capture high-quality raw content in multiple formats to support storytelling and marketing efforts.
• Collaborate with programs, advancement staff, and marketing to coordinate content capture and align with campaigns.
• Create and schedule social media posts in coordination with PSO and office plans.
