Job summary

World Relief is seeking a Content Developer for Fort Worth, Dallas, and Austin to gather and develop compelling stories, photos, videos, and assets that showcase program impact for digital, print, and donor engagement.

You will schedule content across social platforms, monitor engagement, and develop data-informed strategies to grow audience reach while following ethical storytelling standards.

Qualifications

• Mature Christian faith and alignment with World Relief values.
• Experience creating compelling stories with dignity and consent.
• Ability to travel to Fort Worth, Dallas and Austin as needed.

Responsibilities

• Gather story content from programs to represent impact.
• Interview participants, staff, volunteers and partners with dignity.
• Capture high-quality content (photo, video, audio) for storytelling.
• Coordinate with offices to align with campaigns and timelines.
• Deliver organized media assets to Marketing teams.
