Job summary

Homemade Social in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Content & Account Manager to create, film, and edit social content for a portfolio of clients while actively managing relationships and approvals.

This full-time, hybrid role requires 1–2 days in-office each month in Phoenix and occasional client shoots. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of social content experience and a Bachelor's in Marketing or Communications.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience creating social content, ideally with some client or account management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, film, and edit social content for a portfolio of clients.
• Design graphics and marketing materials using Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Build and manage content calendars; execute campaigns for promotions, sales, and product launches.
• Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for assigned clients, sending content for approval and relaying feedback to the team.
• Monitor performance and prepare simple, clear recaps for clients.
• Stay on top of platform trends and adapt content strategy as needed.
