Job summary

Sloane Strategy seeks a Social Content & Production Manager to own the agency’s content production process while supporting accounts across organic social, paid media, strategy, and operations. The role combines hands-on shoots, photography and videography, with cross-functional collaboration across services to shape digital campaigns.

The ideal candidate has 3–7+ years in content production or a related field, strong camera skills, video editing, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva,

Qualifications

• 3–7+ years of relevant professional experience in content production, social media, digital marketing, agency work, or a related field.
• Extensive professional photography and videography experience using DSLR and/or mirrorless systems.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating photography and video work across multiple styles and industries.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute content shoots from beginning to end.
• Lead client content shoots 1–2 per week in the DMV area.
• Edit short-form video content (Reels, TikTok) and color-correct photography.
• Support organic social strategy across Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook.
• Coordinate production logistics and post-production workflows.
