The ideal candidate has a strong portfolio of campaigns, excels in storytelling, writing, and stakeholder management, and can lead a team of content creators to support business goals.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, English, or related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in content creation, communications, or public relations.
• Proven experience in developing and executing successful communication strategies.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Strong understanding of CMS and digital marketing principles.
• Experience managing social media platforms and online communities.
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Hybrid work experience balancing remote and in-office responsibilities.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement comprehensive content and communications strategies.
• Create high-quality, engaging content for various platforms, including website, social media, email, and print.
• Manage the editorial calendar and ensure timely delivery of content.
• Oversee all internal and external communication efforts.
• Build and maintain relationships with media contacts and stakeholders.
• Monitor media coverage and industry trends, providing analysis and recommendations.
• Ensure brand consistency in all communications and marketing materials.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and other teams to align communication efforts.
• Manage and mentor a team of content creators and communication specialists.
• Develop and execute crisis communication plans as needed.
