Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, PR, Journalism, Marketing or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in a communications role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with strong editing abilities.
• Proficiency in social media management and content creation.
• Experience with media relations and press releases writing.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to collaborate across departments and CMS familiarity.
• Understanding of the South Africa communications landscape.
• Hybrid work capability from Welkom office.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute internal and external communication plans.
• Write, edit, and distribute press releases, newsletters, website content, and social media updates.
