The Geeky Greens is hiring a Content & Brand Marketing Specialist to own our content and digital presence. You will shoot in-studio content with hosts and producers, manage social channels, showcase client results, and craft employer branding alongside HR and Talent Acquisition.

This content-first role values spotting great moments on live shoots and turning them into shareable posts. You’ll schedule posts, coordinate with editors and designers, and help position The Geeky Greens as the employer

Formación

• Strong experience in social media marketing and short-form content creation.
• Ability to shoot video and direct on-camera talent.
• Solid understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn; familiarity with Shorts formats.

Responsabilidades

• Build and manage content calendar and studio shoots.
• Create behind-the-scenes videos, tours, highlights, and client success stories.
• Edit videos or coordinate with external editors for delivery.
• Grow and manage presence across TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms.
• Develop employer branding materials with our Talent Acquisition team.
• Support email campaigns, newsletters, and inbound marketing efforts.
