Greenlight is a family technology company seeking a Senior Content Creator who spot trends, appears on camera by lunch, and builds strategy that drives growth. This hybrid creator-strategist role owns Greenlight’s organic social and influencer programs end to end.

You’ll shoot on your phone, edit in-app, and publish quickly without a production crew. We value scrappy, results-driven creators who turn moments into posts the same day.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in social media with hands-on content creation.
• Proven organic growth with real account results.
• On-camera host with strong video skills.
• Deep platform fluency in TikTok and Instagram.

Responsibilities

• Create original social-first content across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. Shoot, edit, and post.
• Monitor culture and platform trends daily and move fast on relevant ones.
• Own and execute the content social strategy: audience, platform mix, pillars, cadence, growth targets.
• Manage multi-channel calendar (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn).
• Direct influencer and creator program: sourcing, briefs, approvals, relationships.
• Lead the UGC program with Growth for organic and paid to boost top content.
• Serve as primary contact for external social and influencer agencies.
