Job summary

Xcelerate Solutions in Quantico, VA seeks a Software Developer SME (Containerized Applications Specialist) with TS/SCI clearance to modernize NCIS case management across secure networks. You will design, implement, and maintain enterprise apps using .NET and Oracle PL/SQL, ensuring performance, security, and reliability in DoD environments.

Remote/hybrid work is available with onsite requirement 1–2 times per week.

Qualifications

TS/SCI clearance required with Top Secret/SCI eligibility.
Expert knowledge in reading/writing PL/SQL code.
Expert knowledge in reading/writing .NET code.
10+ years of related experience or commensurate background.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, implement, and maintain enterprise applications using .NET.
Develop and optimize PL/SQL code and Oracle database queries.
Review, debug, and improve existing .NET applications for performance and security.
Build database-driven apps with data integrity and efficient processing.
Troubleshoot, root-cause analysis, and defect resolution across stacks.
Collaborate with engineers, DBAs, sysadmins, and cyber personnel.
Conduct code reviews and implement performance improvements.
Develop and execute unit/integration/regression tests; support automated testing.
Participate in Agile rituals; refine backlog and plan sprints.
Document design specs, DB schemas, and test plans; ensure DoD policy compliance.
