Job summary

Acloché LLC is seeking a Career Associate Attorney for their Consumer Financial Services Practice Group. This hybrid role offers the chance to work with a premier AmLaw 100 firm and a high-performing litigation team representing financial institutions in complex disputes.

The candidate should have 5–10 years of substantive litigation experience, a JD from a top-tier law school, and active bar admission in good standing. Background with FCRA/FDCPA/TCPA is advantageous.

Qualifications

• JD from a top-tier law school with excellent academic record.
• Active Bar Admission in the relevant jurisdiction in good standing.
• 5–10 years of substantive litigation experience.
• Experience with commercial litigation and representing financial institutions preferred.
• Ability to independently manage cases, lead projects, and supervise juniors.

Responsibilities

• Independently handle a broad range of consumer financial services litigation.
• Participate in hearings, depositions, motions, and other proceedings in state and federal courts.
• Provide legal advice and regulatory guidance; communicate case strategy and developments; support investigations.
• Prepare pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery responses, and related documents.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners on high-impact matters in a national team.
