Job summary

H.T. Prof Executive Search represents a premier AmLaw 100 firm seeking a Consumer Financial Services Career Associate Attorney with at least three years of litigation experience. The role may be based in any of the firm's U.S.

offices, with a hybrid structure in Atlanta, GA, to handle disputes involving loan servicing practices, credit reporting, and related consumer finance litigation. JD from a top-tier law school with excellent academics and active Bar admission are required.

Qualifications

• JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record.
• Active Bar Admission in the relevant jurisdiction, in good standing.
• 3+ years of substantive litigation experience.
• Experience with commercial litigation and representation of financial institutions preferred.
• Background defending matters under FCRA, FDCPA, and/or TCPA advantageous.
• Ability to independently manage cases, lead projects, and supervise junior team members.
• Strong writing, analytical, and professional judgment.
• Excellent research, communication, leadership, and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Independently handle a broad range of consumer financial services litigation.
• Participate in hearings, depositions, motions practice, and other proceedings across state and federal courts.
• Provide legal advice and regulatory guidance, communicate case strategy and developments, and support clients responding to investigations.
• Prepare pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery responses, and related litigation documents.
• Work closely with senior attorneys and partners on high-impact matters within a collaborative, nationally coordinated team.
