Responsibilities

• Staff supervision and performance management for multiple reports.
• Lead and manage large, strategic projects from start to finish.
• Cultivate and manage senior stakeholder relationships across university units.
• Develop project charters, work plans, budgets, and timelines; monitor progress and adjust as needed.
• Provide thought leadership and deliver high-quality, data-driven analyses and reports.
