Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Scheduling, Engineering, Construction Management or related field is a plus.
• At least 2 years of scheduling experience.
• Demonstrated understanding of modern planning and scheduling principles, methodologies, techniques and tools.

Responsibilities

• Produce project schedule related reports for project teams (schedule progress reports, Critical path, Overall Schedule, Near-Term).
• Perform weekly schedule progress updates with construction teams.
• Monitor schedule deviations and assist in developing recovery plans.
• Maintain record of scope changes, trends and variances affecting schedule performance.
• Analyze critical and near-critical paths and communicate deviations from baselines.
• Make recommendations to manage float and resequence activities to meet milestones.
• Verify schedule integrity and evaluate logic, constructability, and float paths.
• Apply standardized WBS and milestones to develop project schedules with the project team.
• Develop and record historical schedule information and lessons learned for future use.
• Support RFP process by developing/reviewing schedules for team presentation
• Produce weekly and monthly Department reports summarizing status of current projects
• Assist with data analysis of all schedules including averages slip, lead times, delays.
