Responsibilities

• Coordinate construction projects, develop detailed plans and ensure integration of technical activities

• Analyze tech, resources and market demand to assess feasibility and optimize outcomes
• Represent landlord in commercial office projects from 5,000 to 100,000 sq ft across multiple sites
