Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full cycle construction project management experience.
• Ability to prepare and track budgets.
• Understanding of technical requirements for relocation, construction and renovation projects.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written).

Responsibilities

• Support project executives on multiple projects and assignments.
• Develop scope and schedule for assigned projects.
• Identify and address risk, budget and scope concerns.
• Coordinate and track all Vendor RFPs.
• Interact with contractors and subcontractors and negotiate where needed.
• Prepare/update project status reports, process invoices and maintain files.
