Job summary

Wade Trim is seeking a Construction Project Manager to join the Construction Team in our Taylor office. The role requires a high school diploma, a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or construction management, and 10+ years of related experience; GLWA experience is preferred.

You will drive client relationships, coordinate with contractors, mentor staff, and lead proposals and project delivery on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
• Ten or more years of related engineering or construction management experience.
• GLWA experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison with the client and stakeholders.
• Maintain excellent client relations.
• Conduct field site visits.
• Coordinate and communicate with contractors regarding construction activity.
• Mentor junior staff.
• Responsible for proposal development including positioning, approach, pricing.
• Oversee project execution including scope, schedule and budget.
• Manage resources to deliver projects on time and under budget.
