Regions Facility Services, INC. [RFS®] seeks a highly organized Construction Project Coordinator to support multiple active projects from kickoff to closeout. You’ll serve as the central hub between Clients, vendors, and internal teams, ensuring timely communication and accurate documentation in our systems.

This hybrid role is based in Las Vegas, NV with opportunities to grow as RFS® expands. You’ll coordinate permitting, bid support, and cost tracking while upholding our commitment to quality

Qualifications

• Experience in project coordination, construction support, or similar role in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail and process discipline.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously without sacrificing accuracy.
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects from kickoff through closeout.
• Act as a key point of communication across Clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Maintain accurate project data and documentation in Salesforce and internal systems.
• Coordinate permitting, approvals, inspections, and closeout requirements.
• Support bidding, material quotes, and vendor coordination.
• Issue purchase orders and track project-related costs.
• Assist with scheduling across Project Managers, vendors, and site teams.
• Track job costs, receipts, and documentation to support financial accuracy.
• Identify risks early and elevate issues before they impact timelines.
