Regions Facility Services, INC. [RFS®] is seeking a Construction Superintendent to lead field execution across projects with extensive regional travel. You will coordinate subcontractors, manage schedule and budget, ensure safety and quality, and own site decisions in a fast-paced field environment.

Ideal candidates bring proven field leadership, ability to direct crews and trade partners, strong decision-making, and a commitment to project ownership and client satisfaction.

Formación

• Construction experience with proven field leadership.
• Experience directing crews, subcontractors, vendors, or other field resources.
• Strong construction knowledge and sound decision‑making skills.
• The ability to manage schedule, cost, quality, and safety simultaneously.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience working directly with Clients, inspectors, and trade partners.
• A strong sense of ownership, accountability, and commitment to quality.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, labor, materials, and equipment
• Drive daily execution against project schedule, scope, budget, safety, and quality expectations
• Anticipate field issues and resolve problems before they impact the project
• Conduct site inspections, pre-construction meetings, and inspector walkthroughs
• Coordinate permitting and ensure work remains aligned with approved project requirements
• Monitor subcontractor performance and help develop strong trade partner relationships
• Maintain accurate project documentation and daily photo updates
• Communicate progress, risks, delays, and field conditions clearly with the project team and Client
• Support project profitability through disciplined management of labor, cost, and resources
• Look for better ways to execute work and continuously improve our field operations
