Renewable Energy Systems (RES) is seeking a Procurement Specialist to support our Construction Business Function. You will lead RFP processes, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with engineering, estimating, legal, insurance, and project teams to procure services, materials, and equipment for construction projects.

This hybrid role requires a minimum of three days in the office, with base salary range and bonus eligibility as described.

Formación

• Experience leading RFP processes with cost, schedule, and contract negotiations.
• Ability to manage multiple procurement needs across construction projects.
• Proactive in improving procurement processes and supplier relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Lead RFP process, bid evaluations, and negotiate terms favorable to RES.
• Build internal and supplier relationships; formalize demand requirements for projects.
• Coordinate subcontractor prequalification and performance risk assessment.
• Track POs and deliveries; support Project Procurement Plans.
• Promote safety, quality, and environmental compliance in procurement activities.
