Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, civil engineering, construction project management, or related field.
• 3 years’ Construction Project Management experience for Project Manager level; 6 for Senior; 9+ for Advisor.
• Travel may be required to job sites.
• Strong project management, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develops project budgets, schedules, and forecasts; allocates resources and external partners.
• Contracts with and manages developers, general contractors, and vendors to align projects.
• Oversees installation, testing, and commissioning of equipment systems and infrastructure.
• Monitors progress against plans and mitigates delays to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinates with internal departments and authorities to secure permits and COs.
