Qualifications

• JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record.
• Active Florida Bar admission in good standing.
• 4–5 years of substantive general litigation experience, focused on construction litigation.
• Experience drafting pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda.
• Experience handling discovery processes and depositions.
• Excellent legal writing and analytical skills.
• Strong interpersonal and client-service mindset.
• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in construction litigation matters, including contract disputes and defect/delay-related issues.
• Draft sophisticated litigation-related documents with precision.
• Manage discovery, including document review, depositions, and expert witness coordination.
• Conduct legal research and case analysis to develop effective litigation strategies.
• Work with partners and senior attorneys on case strategy and trial preparation.
