Job summary

Agproconstruction is seeking a skilled Construction Laborer with a Class A CDL to join our team. The role blends field construction work with occasional equipment transport between job sites in Central and Eastern Washington.

The ideal candidate has solid construction experience, is mechanically inclined, and can safely operate various heavy and light equipment. This hybrid position requires on-site work and travel as projects demand.

Qualifications

• Strong construction experience is required.
• Valid Class A CDL is required.
• Experience operating construction equipment is required.
• Must be comfortable loading, transporting, and unloading heavy equipment.
• Must have a clean driving record and be insurable.

Responsibilities

• Perform skilled and general construction labor on agricultural and commercial projects.
• Operate construction equipment as needed to support jobsite operations.
• Transport equipment, machinery, and materials between job sites safely.
• Assist with site preparation, grading, and material handling as needed.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized site.
