Responsibilities

• Manage construction job costing, project setup, and monthly cost reporting.
• Oversee lender and ownership draw packages for accuracy and timely submission.
• Lead accounting aspects of project closings and funding needs.
• Develop internal controls, processes, and scalable reporting systems.
