Jobot is seeking a Construction Defect Litigation Associate in Jacksonville with 3–5 years of experience to join our growing team. The role offers hybrid work arrangements and the ability to manage own files and develop case strategy from day one.

The ideal candidate will handle matters from inception through resolution, draft pleadings and depositions, and collaborate with senior litigators while delivering exceptional client service.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of construction defect litigation experience.
• Active Florida Bar license.
• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Strong writing, research, and analytical skills.
• Ability to independently manage cases and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Handle construction defect matters from inception through resolution.
• Develop litigation strategy and provide practical advice to clients.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and written discovery.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Attend mediations, hearings, and client meetings.
• Collaborate with experienced litigators to deliver exceptional client service.
• Build strong relationships with clients while contributing to the continued growth of the practice.
