Job summary

AMS Staffing Inc. is seeking a Construction Litigation Associate Attorney in Florida. The role handles complex construction-related disputes, contracts and related litigation from start to finish.

The candidate should have 1–5 years of litigation experience, strong research and writing skills, and be admitted to the Florida Bar. The position offers a hybrid work environment after the initial 90 days on-site, competitive salary, bonus potential, and a comprehensive benefits package including

Qualifications

JD from an accredited law school
Active Florida Bar in good standing
1–5 years of litigation experience
Experience in construction litigation preferred
Strong research, writing and communication skills

Responsibilities

Manage construction and commercial litigation through all phases
Participate in investigations, discovery, motions, settlements and trial preparation
Draft pleadings, motions, contracts and settlement agreements
Conduct legal research using LexisNexis and Westlaw
Prepare for depositions, hearings, mediations and trials
Maintain organized case records and meet deadlines
