Qualifications

• J.D. degree from an accredited law school.
• Active California State Bar membership in good standing.
• Experience with construction defect cases required.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Proactive team player with litigation experience.

Responsibilities

• Attend court hearings and participate in site inspections.
• Handle all aspects of construction claims, including discovery and depositions.
• Manage client communications throughout litigation.
