Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions and correspondence.
• Prepare cases for mediations, inspections, and court appearances.
• Participate in client communications and case evaluations.
• Assist with calendaring, filings and document service.
• Maintain compliance with professional conduct rules and firm procedures.
