Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Must be admitted to practice in California.
• Experience with defense construction defect matters is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle local and national defense construction defect matters in CA.
• Independently manage a litigation caseload and conduct depositions.
• Prepare witnesses for deposition and trial; review discovery requests and pleadings.
• Prepare court filings and service to counsel; handle e-filing and trial support.
• Maintain accurate time records and assist senior attorneys as needed.
