You will represent developers, general contractors, subcontractors, design professionals, and material suppliers in various commercial and residential construction cases.

The ideal candidate holds a J.D., is admitted to the California Bar, and has experience in construction defect matters, with strong communication and litigation skills to support a proactive team

Qualifications

• J.D. degree required from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Active California State Bar license in good standing.
• Experience in construction defect litigation required.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Attend court hearings and participate in site inspections.
• Handle all aspects of construction claims including discovery and depositions.
• Manage client communications throughout litigation.
