The Aerospace Corporation is seeking a Configuration Management Specialist III/IV at the Johnson Space Center in Houston, TX. The role is hybrid, requiring four days onsite with some remote flexibility.

You will lead CDM planning, implement policies, and coordinate changes across NASA programs, ensuring accurate documentation and timely archiving. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree, 5+ years in CDM, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline required.
• At least 5 years of experience in Configuration and Data Management or related field.
• Knowledge of CDM standards and principles; strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite, Adobe Acrobat, SharePoint, and virtual environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide planning, coordination, execution, and audit/verification of CDM processes.
• Develop and implement configuration management policies and best practices.
• Perform change management and control through the document lifecycle.
• Coordinate with Change Package Engineer and stakeholders to prepare change packages.
• Manage NASA review of vendor and International Partner deliverables.
• Support CDM for Control Boards, Panels, Milestone reviews, and cross-program coordination.
• Educate and train stakeholders on CDM tools and processes.
• Ensure CDM data and records are accurate and archived in program systems.
