Job summary

RTX in Aguadilla, PR, seeks a Configuration Management Analyst (P2) to help ensure the integrity of CM processes across engine programs. You will collaborate with Design Integration teams, IPTs, and CIPTs to support the engineering change process and maintain baselines with traceability.

Travel up to 10% and English communication with customers and teammates is required. A STEM or Business Administration degree and CM experience are essential for success in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM or Business Administration required.
• 2 years of experience in configuration management, engineering, or advanced degree with GPA 3.0+ preferred.
• U.S. Citizen – required to access program/contract.
• Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Write and process engineering changes, ensuring documentation accuracy and compliance with procedures.
• Analyze minor engineering changes, ensuring alignment with CM standards.
• Review minor engineering changes for compliance with procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure adherence to naming conventions and nomenclature standards for parts, documents, and baselines.
• Collaborate with Design Integration teams, IPTs, and CIPTs to support CCB activities.
• Support development and enforcement of nomenclature guidelines and provide training as needed.
• Participate in CORE framework initiatives for process improvements and efficiency gains.
• Use CM tools to maintain records, reports, and baselines with full traceability.
• Contribute to audits, reviews, and compliance checks against industry standards and policy.
• Play a role in integration of components for CE and ME programs to deliver propulsion systems.
