Job summary

Interface with multiple levels of the organization, plan and perform testing, and document complex scripts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field with 2+ years of relevant risk/compliance experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication; collaborative team player.
• Knowledge of financial services regulations related to lending activities.
• Proficiency with standard office software.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Interface with multiple organizational layers to obtain process and control information.
• Perform compliance testing per department standards.
• Plan and execute control and substantive testing; review testing results.
• Document complex test scripts independently.
• Support risk assessment and regulatory compliance across Mortgage, Consumer, Commercial, and Business Banking.
• Mentor junior team members.
• Adhere to risk controls and regulatory standards.
