Job summary

FFF Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Manager, Compliance to lead the compliance activities across Drug Wholesale Distribution, Specialty Pharmacy and inventory solutions. You'll support implementation of initiatives, training, investigations, audits, monitoring and continuous improvement.

The role reports to the Senior Director, Compliance and offers a full-time hybrid schedule with 2-3 days onsite. You will coordinate with stakeholders, develop policies, ensure license renewals in key states, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or four (4) years relevant experience in lieu of degree.
• Broad knowledge of drug wholesaler laws and regulations, applicable federal, state, and local laws, compliance, business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, human relations, computer sciences, distribution, pharmaceutical manufacturing, pharmacy, distribution practices and systems, supplier management and procurement.
• Knowledge of Drug Distribution and/or Pharmacy laws and regulations, as well as state licensing.
• Must have prior experience supporting or performing program management for large to mid-size corporations with projects that span people, processes, technology and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with federal and state laws and regulations for drug wholesale/distribution and related operations.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to identify and implement new/amended laws and regulations.
• Create and update policies/procedures to ensure regulatory consistency across operations.
• Assist with training programs, audits, and reporting; support action plans to mitigate risk.
• Support enterprise-wide compliance program activities and licensing renewals in state locations.
