Job summary

MFS is seeking a Spring 2027 Compliance Learning Co-Op in Boston for January–June. You will help create engaging content for Compliance trainings, intranet, emails, and presentations as part of our Corporate Compliance Group.

The role emphasizes writing, research, and collaboration across departments in a fast-paced environment. You are pursuing a Bachelor's in a communications-related field with strong writing and verbal skills, and a willingness to leverage AI tools.

Qualifications

Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a communications-related field.
Strong writing skills and ability to simplify complex topics.
Proactive, organized, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Experience and interest in leveraging approved AI tools to elevate work product.
Strong Microsoft Office skills; attention to detail and process orientation.
Marketing, Business, or Finance majors are preferred.

Responsibilities

Write, review, and edit copy for intranet emails, presentations, and training materials.
Summarize and highlight key policies by collaborating with Compliance and Marketing.
Maintain and organize records with management for accuracy.
Perform research as needed.
