Job summary

American Coradius International is seeking an Account Resolution Specialist in Amherst, NY for a hybrid role requiring in-office presence 3 days per week. You will handle complaints, perform analysis, and produce reports to meet client and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities include supporting compliance audits, maintaining licensing and insurance records, and providing timely information to internal/external requests while adhering to company policies and laws governing collections.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of CUBS Application System.
• Detail oriented with initiative and ability to work independently.
• Thorough knowledge of federal, state, and local laws governing collections.

Responsibilities

• Process verbal/written complaints as required by client/corporate policies & procedures.
• Assist Operations in accessing information, troubleshooting problems and resolving system inquiries.
• Provide detailed complaint analysis monthly, quarterly and annually at the Corporate and Client level.
• Support client/state/regulatory initiatives.
• Assist with maintaining state licensing, bonding and corporate insurance policies.
• Provide timely and accurate information for incoming internal/external requests.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures and all applicable laws.
• Maintain client reporting and tracking documents and complaint reporting requirements.
