Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business, life sciences, healthcare, finance, data analytics, information systems, or a related discipline.
• 0–2 years of relevant professional experience; internships or co-op experience in compliance, healthcare, life sciences, data analytics, risk management, or a related field is a plus.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. High level of attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders; strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and optimization of compliance monitoring technologies.
• Translate requirements into technology-enabled processes with stakeholders.
• Monitor performance and data quality; identify trends and improvements.
• Develop monitoring processes, docs, and reporting.
• Assist with investigations and escalate concerns.
• Transparency Reporting: ensure data collection, review, validation, and reporting.
• Perform data quality checks and resolve discrepancies.
• Support reporting for transparency requirements.
• Maintain controls and audit trails.
• Training & Policy: develop and maintain training materials; track completion.
• Assist with policy updates and communication.
• Compliance Operations & Continuous Improvement: maintain docs, prepare reports, support audits and projects.
