Cambia Health is seeking a Compliance Analyst at multiple levels for a hybrid, office-based role across several locations. The position focuses on building and refining a robust compliance program, with responsibilities spanning risk assessments, training, monitoring, audits, and corrective actions.

You will work with the team to prevent violations and ensure regulatory alignment. The role requires strong analytical capabilities, excellent communication, and proven ability to influence decisions

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 3+ years in compliance-related activities
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; 5 years in compliance for II level
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; 8 years in compliance for III level

Mansioni

• Design, implement, measure and refine compliance activities
• Coordinate audits and regulatory reviews; investigate root causes
• Prepare policies and manuals for the compliance program
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and leadership on risk assessments and corrective actions
