Cambia Health seeks a Compliance Analyst at multiple levels to advance our enterprise compliance program. This role involves designing and delivering controls, performing risk assessments, and coordinating audits to prevent violations across state and federal laws.

The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical skills with excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder influence, in a healthcare regulatory environment, with agile, AI-enabled productivity improvements valued.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with several years in compliance-related activities.
• Experience in health care or Medicare-regulated environments preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver core compliance functions and drive improvements.

Mansioni

• Design, implement, and refine compliance activities and controls to prevent violations.
• Lead risk assessments, training, monitoring, auditing, investigations, and reporting.
• Coordinate external audits and drive corrective actions across teams.
• Communicate findings clearly to stakeholders and senior management.
