Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 3 years in compliance-related activities; health-care or Medicare-regulated environment preferred.
• For higher levels, more years of compliance experience and leadership in regulated environments.
• Strong ability to deliver core compliance functions: risk assessments, training, monitoring, auditing, reporting, and corrective actions.

• Coordinate risk assessments, trainings, and audits; support external audits and regulatory responses.
• Prepare policies and desk manuals; participate in meetings and cross-divisional committees.
