Job summary

Fortrea in the United States is seeking a Compensation Support Specialist to assist the Regional Manager of Compensation with data collection, salary surveys, job evaluation, and report preparation in a hybrid Durham-based role. You will participate in country-specific salary surveys, support compensation programs, and prepare market pricing analyses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; Fortrea may consider relevant and equivalent experience in lieu of educational requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with formulas and data organization.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Participates in country specific salary survey process.
• Participate in and support the delivery of compensation programs.
• Provide job evaluations, market pricing and other compensation requests.
• Prepare reports and summaries for review by Regional Compensation Manager.
• Assists in global compensation review cycle.
• All other duties as needed or assigned.
