Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Automotive Engineering or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering or related roles.
• Experience with program launch, execution and assembly plant processes.
• Experience with manufacturing planning, DFMA, and engineering changes databases.
• Strong collaboration across product engineering and program teams.

Responsibilities

• Represent Manufacturing in interactions with Product Engineering and program teams.
• Ensure manufacturability and ergonomic feasibility in designs.
• Communicate design changes, risks, and manufacturing requirements to stakeholders.
• Plan and conduct virtual studies and simulations during vehicle development.
• Support deviation approvals and track execution discipline.
